Depart Townend 9:00 am to car share to Ingliston Park and Ride (free parking). Tram fares between Ingliston Park & Ride and the City centre are: Adult single £1.70. Also bus #300 an alternative.
Arrive Princess Street around 11:00am. Explore and photograph the Fringe, artists and punters, around the Royal Mile, etc. Grab some lunch or take your own picnic.
Return late afternoon/early evening to suit group.

Also: Preparation for the summer library exhibition ( & subsequent Crosshouse Hospital - September.). NB Unlike previous years, the Irvine library display can now accommodate frames being screwed onto the boards. Those of you who intend to display at Crosshouse can use the same pictures and frames. For others any style and size may be used - we do have a few spare black frames the same as the ones used in the Byre in the loft should anyone wish to use them. We expect about 30 prints can be displayed - say 3/4 each. More to follow.
