The Club

As a result of the Covid Lockdown, the 2020 AGM has been postponed until we can reasonably reschedule when the community centre or another suitable venue becomes available. Meanwhile the current committee continue to serve.

IRVINE Camera Club - A vibrant, friendly club with a strong membership and a long history. Our well equipped clubroom and studio are situated within the Townend Community Centre, Dreghorn, where we have operated since 1975. We have exclusive use of our facilities, and even have WiFi. It's a great place to share your photographs and, if you wish, enter our regular friendly print and digital competitions. You can learn from the critiques by experienced judges and have an opportunity to expand your knowledge and take better images.

Our Meetings - Open from 7pm-10 pm for a 7:30 start, most Wednesday evenings all year round.  Visitors and new members are always welcome! Weekly meetings from through out the year offer members informative lectures, practical demonstrations, competitions, trips, visits and social activities. Members participate in all photographic fields, using varied materials, and helpful advice is always to hand. An exhibition of our work is usually held once a year at a local venue. Full details .
