We plan to review last weeks competition with your friendly comments from all present, and also provide processing help for your upcoming entries.
Please bring images along on a memory stick so we can help out on a one to one basis,...and help for those of you wishing to find out about mounting prints for competition - bring prints if you have them (see https://irvinecc.co.uk/club/how-mount-prints).
We really wish to encourage as many members as possible to submit prints for C5 & C6 -
Prints (C & M)
- Maximum size 50x40cm (20”x16”) including mount(recommended minimum size is 35 sq.in.-"5x7") - title/filename on back (as per above) - no names.
- All entries must be accompanied by a suitably titled PDI sxga copy uploaded to the website.
- The title may be on the front of the print (but not the authors name).
- Each print should be mounted on a backing of strong card/board - not just a flimsy surrounding mount - Although some may wish to present prints in a bevelled mount, this is not essential.
- Prints must not be hard framed, must not be such that damage to other prints may occur (any Velcro fastening tabs must be removed) and Masking Tape must not be used).
- When stored by the club they should all be placed in the box face down such that they are not “face-to-face” which can cause damage.

NB Early hand-in for C5 mono & C6 colour prints (PDIs upload required) - if possible please deposit your prints this week as next week the club will be closed. We will also take the box to Saltcoats next Wednesday to accept your prints.
