North Ayrshire Mental Health Arts Festival Sunrise Walk

It will start at 7.00am beginning from and ending at The Harbour Arts Centre in Irvine. There will be elements of the arts incorporated into the walk including music, film, colouring and photography. The KA Leisure activator bus will also be there with tea, coffee and biscuits at the midway point where people will be invited to take part in a gentle standing stretch routine to beach themed music! 

Participants will be encouraged to take photographs and short video clips during the walk...similar to our photography walks.

We have been asked if our members would like to support the walk and join in, take some photos, offer some photography tips and perhaps create a small exhibition.
