This is an organised photowalk, which will be guided by Andrew Winter and one of the Park Rangers.
An opportunity to see parts of the park that you may not have previously seen and to gain entry to the park an hour before it opens to the public.
There will be lots of photographic opportunities on the day and we will have the benefit of the Park Rangers knowledge of the grounds, the wildlife and the history.
The 3 photo themes for the day are:
1) Lost in the woods
2) Springtime
3) A different view
Please note this is potentially a 3 ½ mile walk as there is a lot to see starting at 09.00 and finishing back at the courtyard at 13.00. The ground is uneven in places especially during the woodland sections and may be a little muddy as well, depending on the weather. There will be a break half-way round with amenities and hopefully the coffee shop will be open.
We will need to stay together as a group and not wander off as it is a big park and especially in the woods it is easy to get lost.
