Photography Challenge (SC15) - We may pair up beginners with more experienced photographers before the start. Your challenge is to shoot the following 3 themes, while maintaining social distancing, and taking several photographs during the afternoon and evening:

Themes: "Striking Architecture", "Glasgow Street Life" and "Modern Scotland".

Lots of good subjects to grab while wandering. The mural trail is excellent for architecture and street life too. Weather 13C, calm, broken cloud. Sunset 20:18

Bring camera and maybe a managable(lightweight) tripod.

It’s ok to go back to GLASGOW if you want to improve on what you got on the day, and for those who'd rather go down separately, feel free to try over the following week up to 08/09. Those who couldn’t get down because of strict isolating, could try to put a few fresh(newly taken) images up on similiar themes.

Over the following week you will process and edit your images and select what you think are the best three photographs (tbc) – one for each of the themes above - no duplicates!   NB. To avoid influencing each other, please do not post any theme images on the club's social media until after the review evening 09/09. Many thanks.

Upload your processed pics before Tuesday 8th Sept - https://irvinecc.co.uk/competitions-members

Please make your own way there by train, bus, or drive - your personal choice.

Rendezvous outside Glasgow station for 3pm to meet up and plan - by the Fireman statue (Please let us know in the comments below, so we know who to look out for).
