This week, as we approach the end of our indoor season and look forward to getting out every week on our photo-walks, we finished the year with some truly spectacular images in our annual ‘Ian Davidson Memorial Knockout Competition’. It seems our members were saving their best images for this very popular club competition, especially as there is silverware up for grabs.
In the end it came down to four images from two of our members, Andrew Flannigan and Andy Tye who fought it out, with Andrew Flannigan victorious in the end with his ‘Follow Me Home Before Sunset ‘ image. The combination of composition, colour, subject and timing all came together in this image and was a worthy winner. Other images entered you can see presented here.
