The popular DPI – Digital Projected Image competition which is an open digital image competition on any subject in either colour or black and white always throws up a variety of incredible images taken by our members. Not only does it show where they have been visiting over the years but also their interest’s and creativity.
The selection of images you see here were all highly commended by the Judge, Rob Davis with a special mention for Colin Houston’s image of an airport lounge with it’s incredible architecture and curving lines that draw your eyes around the image. This image came a well deserved second place and stood out amongst the wildlife, landscape and street images as being something slightly different.
Our full programme of talks, events and competitions that take place throughout the autumn and winter has just started. We meet on Tuesdays starting at 7.30 at Irvine Community Sports Club, Waterside, Marress Roundabout, Irvine KA12 8DL
