This week at Irvine CC we had the pleasure of visiting Cumnock Camera Club for another of our social meet ups and knock out competition. Thank you to Tom Nelson for arranging the competition and to Derrick Phillips and Andrew Flannigan for their commentary throughout the evening.
Lots of wonderful images were shown across a variety of disciplines and subjects, once again showing the diverse interests of both clubs. The images are presented anonymously and those present are asked to vote on their favourite as they are shown side by side in pairs until we are down to one final image which is deemed the winner. It always an interesting evening and generates lots of discussion and ideas for taking into your own work. Tracy Ross won this competition with the image ‘Genesis’ which is shown in the selection here.
