It has been a busy few weeks at Irvine Camera Club with talks, competitions, judging and this week we had a practical photoshoot at the club with two models and a full light and backdrop set up.
Looking ahead we are busy planning our summer schedule, which runs from April to September and takes us out of the clubhouse on guided walks, day trips, evening visits to various locations and educational trips. Last year, on top of the planned visits, members also got together and travelled with often two or three trips a week that you could join. It’s a fantastic way to learn about photography whilst visiting some truly amazing places with friends.
The images that you see here are further examples of work submitted for our recent print competitions in both colour and black and white and give you an idea of the interests and variety of subjects that our members are working with.
