There are many ways of taking a photograph using a variety of techniques, whether playing with the shutter speed to create blurs or pin sharp images, adjusting the aperture to create different depth of field effects or moving the whole camera to create Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) effects. Then there are all the tricks and creative possibilities that are now available in the edit of the image.  Then finally you can get creative with the crop of the image, often an image can be found within an image, and it is not until you start to crop, that you see it.

With all this in mind, this week I present some more images from Irvine Camera Club members that show a more creative side to their work.  A variety of techniques, some in the taking of the image, others in the edit, but all with some thought behind them as to what they wanted to create.

If you would like to come and see what we are up to this week, we meet on Tuesdays starting at 7.30pm at Irvine Community Sports Club, Waterside, Marress Roundabout, Irvine KA12 8DL and you would be very welcome.
