Pollok Country Park is Glasgows largest park.
It is home to Pollok House and also the Burrell Collection Museum.
There is plenty to see and photograph within the park, including Highland Cows and lots of other animals/wildlife.
Parking is available for £5.00 for up to 4 hours, or £10 for all day if you prefer it.
Entry to the Burrell Collection museum is free of charge.
Unfortunately Pollok House is currently closed to the public for refurbishment.
There is a cafe and public toilets in the park

Meet up at the Tradeston Bridge (Squiggly Bridge) on Clyde Place Quay, just on the opposite side of the River from the Grosvenor Casino.
There is plenty of free parking available at The Quay on Paisley Road, which is a 10 minute walk away.
Alternatively you can travel in by train, Glasgow Central is less than 10 minutes walk from this location.
